1. What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellations made two or more weeks before arrival receive a full refund minus a 10% fee or full credit for a future stay within the same calendar year. Cancellations made one to two weeks before arrival receive 50% camp credit, and those made less than one week before arrival receive no refund or credit.

We offer a variety of travel, promotional, and package discounts.

4. Will I receive the reserved site that I request?
You can select a specific site with our booking software however we reserve the right to move your site prior to your visit. You can elect to lock your favorite site so that it is guaranteed during your stay for an additional fee. We recommend locking your site if you are meeting others here or just want to ensure that you have the view that you like.
